This is an IBM ISDR course. IBM Algorithmics Integrating Algo Workspace Analyzer is a one-day hands-on course designed to introduce the participants to the Algo Workspace Analyzer application. Participants will be taken step-by-step through installation and setup of the Algo Workspace Analyzer application including its component services, and will learn the skills needed for operating and maintaining the application. This includes installation and setup, input data formats, troubleshooting and tuning.

This course teaches clients the foundation of IBM Incentive Compensation Management 10. Clients will learn to customize an ICM model by creating tables, calculations, components and data stores. Training demonstrations and exercises simulate a real-world implementation in an effort to enable students to apply concepts learned to their own IBM ICM implementations. The last day of class is spent working on a case study, where students will work in groups of 3-4 to design and build model objects that will calculate commissions earned for two fictional groups of employees. At the end of this course, clients should be able to use all the basic functions of the software.

IBM ICM: Build Reports (v8.1) is designed for professional report authors to learn report building techniques using ICM to enhance, customize, and manage professional reports. Attendees will participate in interactive Demos and Workshops that illustrate key concepts while learning how to use the product.

This module provides an overview of managing storage accounts on IBM Cloud. The module covers data governance, storage management techniques, and storage solutions available for working with structured and unstructured data.

This module explains key storage metrics used to manage availability and resilience.

The Managing Performance on IBM Cloud module provides an understanding of the principles of cloud service management and operations. This includes using the five principles of Service Management, the golden signal for tracking service health and performance as well as monitoring performance metrics for a network service with tools such as IBM Cloud Pak, Prometheus and Grafana.
