Khóa đào tạo PMI-ACP®

Khóa đào tạo PMI-ACP® (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) giúp học viên nắm vững các nguyên tắc, tư duy và thực hành Agile theo chuẩn quốc tế của Project Management Institute.

PMI-ACP là chứng chỉ xác nhận năng lực làm việc trong môi trường Agile và Hybrid, bao phủ nhiều framework khác nhau như:

• Scrum
• Kanban
• Lean
• XP (Extreme Programming)

Phiên bản cập nhật hiện hành của PMI:

• Nhấn mạnh Agile mindset & value-driven delivery
• Tập trung vào đa phương pháp Agile (multi-framework)
• Đánh giá năng lực qua các tình huống thực tế (scenario-based)

Sau khóa học, học viên có thể:

• Hiểu và áp dụng Agile mindset & principles theo PMI

• Làm chủ các framework Agile phổ biến:

  • Scrum

  • Kanban

  • Lean

• Áp dụng Agile trong môi trường thực tế và hybrid

• Quản lý team Agile hiệu quả

• Tối ưu hóa giá trị sản phẩm (value delivery)

• Chuẩn bị đầy đủ kiến thức để vượt qua kỳ thi PMI-ACP:

  • ~120 câu hỏi

  • Thời gian ~180 phút

• Đáp ứng yêu cầu 21 giờ đào tạo Agile (contact hours) theo PMI

Theo định hướng của Project Management Institute, khóa học phù hợp với:

• Project Manager làm việc trong môi trường Agile

Để đăng ký thi PMI-ACP®, học viên cần:

1. Trình độ học vấn

• Tối thiểu THPT hoặc tương đương

2. Kinh nghiệm dự án

• ≥ 2 năm kinh nghiệm dự án (12 tháng) trong 5 năm gần nhất

• ≥ 8 tháng kinh nghiệm Agile trong 3 năm gần nhất

3. Đào tạo

• Hoàn thành 21 giờ đào tạo Agile
